4th of July Run

My most local race was one along the beach of Redondo. This was the first race that I ran the WHOLE thing. Before I had run all must a couple of minutes. My timing didn't approve all that much but I still ran it all. It was really nice. Plus Travis and Sonya got to watch me pass by. They got some really cool pictures of Espanade full of people. Another great thing about this race is that they had you tie a chip to your shoe which kept track of when you crossed the start line and the finish line. Because there are so many people you are waiting through the muck to get to the start line. I finished this race in 34:56; a little over 5 mph.
